Fabrik Fusion Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fabrik Fusion! We hope you love your new clothing, but if for any reason you need to return an item, we’ve outlined everything you need to know in the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. After this period, the return option will be disabled.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must provide video proof.

Important Video Proof Requirement

Please record a video while opening your order. This is necessary for us to verify if the product was damaged during shipping or if there’s an issue with the item.
If the item is damaged, a video clearly showing the damage must also be included.
Email the video(s) to salesfabrikfusion@gmail.com when you request your return.
Your return request will not be processed if the video proof is not sent to the email provided. We will not forward your refund request or initiate reverse shipment without these videos.

How to Request a Return

Go to your account: Log in to your account and select the “Orders” section.
Select Refund: Choose the order you want to return and click on the refund option.
Submit Video Proof: After submitting the request, email the video(s) of your order to salesfabrikfusion@gmail.com.

Reverse Shipment Process

Processing Time: The reverse shipment processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks. This includes the time it takes for the return shipment to be picked up and processed.
Reverse Shipping Charge: The reverse shipping cost will be the same as the forward shipping cost for your order. For example, if your order consists of 5 products, the reverse shipping charge will apply to all 5 products, but you can choose to return just one product.
You must ensure you have enough balance to initiate the reverse shipment process.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned product will be refunded.

Delivery Time

All orders will be delivered to your address within 20 days from the date of purchase.

Important Information

If you have any issues with the product upon delivery, please make sure to record the unboxing process and take note of any damage immediately.
If you wish to return or request a refund, please make sure to submit your request within 5 days of receiving your order.
